“Someone publicly urinated at 112 E. Franklin St. between 2:40 a.m. and 3:21 a.m. Sunday, according to Chapel Hill police reports.”

It was me. I drank a lot of beer that night and made a longer than expected pit stop on Franklin while walking home. But it’s not my fault the street flooded — the city’s runoff drains are crap!
